FREE SHIPPING - Within the 48 Continental States:
Our Free Shipping Policy applies to all standard shipping for the United States of America (except APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and A.P.O./FPO addresses). Shipments are expedited via FedEx Ground or USPS services.
FAST Shipment Processing:
We don’t use third party warehouses! All of our advertised items are shipped directly from our location (7520 N. St. Louis Ave., Skokie, IL 60076). We understand how crucial it is to receive your package fast, that’s why we offer FAST order processing. All* orders placed by 12 pm Central Time will be shipped the same day! Any order placed on nights, weekends, or holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Orders within lower 48 States placed by December 18th are Guaranteed Holiday Delivery by December 24th, 2011.
Orders to Canada placed by December 15th are Guaranteed Holiday Delivery by December 24th, 2011.

Our Return Policy:
Buying directly from our company is safe and secure: all of our products have a 30- DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE from receipt of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund. The returned product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been damaged or abused.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee.
Non-Returnable items: For obvious reasons, we will not accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, creams or music CDs. Returns on washed linens or worn table covers will not be accepted.
