Buying directly from our online store is safe and secure: our masage equipemt carries a 30- DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE from receipt of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund. The returned massage product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any item that has been damaged or abused.

Customer is Responsible for Return Shipping Cost and 10% Restocking Fee.

 
Non-Returnable items: For obvious reasons, Master Massage Tables can not accept returns on opened products such as massage oils, massage lotions, massage creams or massage mood music CDs. Returns on washed massage bed linens or worn massage table covers will not be accepted.

To process a return please call customer service at 1-888-710-7206 ext 2. And be sure to have all of your order information handy as you will be required to provide method of shipping service and tracking number. Once the return item is received your refund will be issued.
