All of our non-factory special products have a 30-day money-back guarantee from receipt of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund. The returned product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been damaged or abused.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable items: For obvious reasons, we will not accept returns on opened products like oils, lotions, creams or music CDs. Returns on washed linens or worn table covers will not be accepted. Factory Special products are FINAL SALE and are non-returnable.

To process a return please call customer service at 1-888-710-7206 ext 22. You will be required to provide method of shipping service and tracking number. Once item is received your refund will be issued.
